A few years ago my family bought a funeral wreath for a great aunt. We weren't going for top of the line, but we expected flowers to be included. We asked for a nice wreath and paid what she asked for it and were shown really pretty examples of what to expect. It was to our dismay that when we got to the funeral home that the wreath didn't have a single flower. What a ripoff.
