Anyway, one of the poorest, and least professional dealers I've been too. Stay away from this one!!!
I was traveling from about 3 hours away. In order to make the best use of my time, I called ahead to confirm everything before the sale. I happen to be with a company that is a Chrysler affiliate, and confirmed this dealers' participation ahead of time.
After arriving, everything appeared to be in order, but the salesperson tried to misrepresent the savings of the program, initially just quoting MSRP, then saying that his computer said it was $178 off MSRP. When I indicated what the actual quote should be (based on the Chrysler website), he said they weren't participating.
Aside from his attempt to con me into a sale, he also lied about a number of other issues.
